How to Apply
Provide basic details about your hotel or hospitality business:

Business Type (Hotel, Guesthouse, Resort, Event Center, etc.)
Action 1 - Click “Submit Application” to proceed.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with guidelines on required documents (e.g., business registration, operational policies, and service quality procedures).
Action 2 - Upload the requested documents for initial review.
Once documents are reviewed, payment details will be provided for certification processing. Your hotel will undergo:
Document review & verification
Preliminary compliance review
Action 3 - Make payment and receive confirmation to proceed to the audit phase.
A DMSL HSCS Auditor will conduct an on-site evaluation of your establishment. This includes:
Facility inspection
Service quality assessment
Staff competency review
Action 4 - After successful evaluation, your DMSL HSCS Certification will be awarded!
